Terms and conditions.
Please read our terms and conditions before ordering from Precious JEM.
By ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
As our jewellery is bespoke and created just for you we cannot offer refunds once jewellery has been made.

In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your jewellery we will require you to contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.
If it is found to be a manufacturing fault, we will require you to return your item back to us for full inspection and repair within 28 days of receiving your order.
If it is found to accidental damage at the fault of the customer we will inspect your jewellery for you and find a solution to repair this at the customers expense.

All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The jewellery in our display cabinet, on our website and printed in our publications are examples only. As all of our jewellery is handcrafted the actual colour of the finished pieces may vary from the examples. The actual ash which can range from white to very dark grey particles can also affect the final colour & finish of your jewellery. We make every effort to display the colours as accurately as possible, but due to monitor, printer and mobile display capabilities, we cannot guarantee this.

Once we have received your loved ones ashes we aim to have your jewellery ready for you within 3 weeks.
Due to our jewellery being bespoke and made to order some items from time to time may take up to 6 weeks.

If you have ordered a ring please make sure that you use our ring sizers and that you make an accurate measurement. It is your responsibility to make sure of this as we cannot issue a refund if a ring does not fit.

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order once payment has been made, and prior to it being created we will refund you what you have paid,
minus a £15.00 fee (per item ordered) to cover our costs.

We cannot refund once jewellery has begun to be created.

All jewellery will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery.
You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your purchase is despatched.
Precious JEM accepts no liability for items once they are in the care of Royal Mail and you have the tracking number.
Special delivery is the securest method of delivery and is insured against any loss.

All jewellery is quality checked and photographed for reference and posting on social media.
This way we know that your jewellery has left Precious JEM in perfect condition.

Privacy Policy
Precious JEM respects your privacy and will never pass on your information to anyone at anytime.
We will only require your name, address and email address for your order.
Precious JEM does not hold any bank card details and in most cases will only take payment via a secure PayPal email from Precious JEM
