We are so sorry for your loss, we hope that our jewellery will provide you with some comfort, knowing that your loved one is close to you.
We are a small, well established memorial jewellery business and we are proud to be working alongside our friends at Tendring Pet Cremations.
We have a beautiful range of jewellery and extensive colour choice exclusive to Precious JEM. Our jewellery is created in 925 sterling silver, pendants are supplied with an 18" Italian made curb chain.
Your loved ones ashes are infused in our jewellers grade crystal resin combined with stunning colours and sparkle.
We aim to create your perfect memorial, nothing is too much trouble. Please ask and we do our best to accommodate your request.
Every item of jewellery is available in our stunning range of colours. All the colours and sparkle are created from beautiful natural, eco friendly mica.
The Lotus flower represents love and compassion for all things which is why we chose it as our logo. We understand how much you loved your lost one, and you can be assured that we will treat them with the upmost care and compassion.
Your jewellery will be presented to you in our bespoke Precious JEM jewellery boxes and gift bags, with a certificate of authentication signed by the designer. Any unused ashes will be returned to you with your jewellery.

We offer free Royal Mail Special delivery to all UK adresses. If you would like your memorial jewellery sent abroad please contact us for a quote, thank you.

Resin Care
Our jewellers grade crystal resin is an extremely tough, glossy, glass like composite.
We only use the very best quality.
Please treat your jewellery with care and it will stay
looking beautiful.
Please follow this guide……...thank you!
Avoid prolonged contact with harsh cleaning chemicals.
Avoid spraying with perfume and hairspray; some body lotions and
body sprays include solvents which could damage your jewellery.
Please wash in warm soapy water if you think it may have come into
contact with any chemicals.
Please avoid extreme heat and do not sunbathe wearing your resin jewellery.
Please do not wear jewellery whilst swimming due to chemicals in the water.
Please do not sleep wearing your jewellery as it could get damaged.
Resin is water and shower resistant.
Please clean your jewellery with just a soft cloth.
If you would like to use a polish we only recommend PEEK™ polish which is
safe to use on your silver and resin.

Losing a pet is a very personal experience.
We think this means that your pet’s cremation should be personal to.
That’s why we only cremate one pet at a time, you will always know the ashes you receive are from your pet, no one else’s.
An individual pet cremation service starts with a single point of contact and includes the moment when we return your pet’s ashes to you.
However, it doesn’t end there.
For example, we also have a farewell room that will be at your exclusive use.

Please read our terms and conditions before ordering from Precious JEM.
By ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
As our jewellery is bespoke and created just for you we cannot offer refunds once jewellery has been made.
In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your jewellery we will require you to contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.
If it is found to be a manufacturing fault, we will require you to return your item back to us for full inspection and repair within 28 days of receiving your order.
If it is found to accidental damage at the fault of the customer we will inspect your jewellery for you and find a solution to repair this at the customers expense.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The jewellery in our display cabinet, on our website and printed in our publications are examples only. As all of our jewellery is handcrafted the actual colour of the finished pieces may vary from the examples. The actual ash which can range from white to very dark grey particles can also affect the final colour & finish of your jewellery. We make every effort to display the colours as accurately as possible, but due to monitor, printer and mobile display capabilities, we cannot guarantee this.
Once we have received your loved ones ashes we aim to have your jewellery ready for you within 3 weeks.
Due to our jewellery being bespoke and made to order some items from time to time may take up to 6 weeks.
If you have ordered a ring please make sure that you use our ring sizers and that you make an accurate measurement. It is your responsibility to make sure of this as we cannot issue a refund if a ring does not fit.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order once payment has been made, and prior to it being created we will refund you what you have paid,
minus a £15.00 fee (per item ordered) to cover our costs.
We cannot refund once jewellery has begun to be created.
All jewellery will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery.
You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your purchase is despatched.
Precious JEM accepts no liability for items once they are in the care of Royal Mail and you have the tracking number.
Special delivery is the securest method of delivery and is insured against any loss.
All jewellery is quality checked and photographed for reference and posting on social media.
This way we know that your jewellery has left Precious JEM in perfect condition.
